The Method & The Magic

This plate is hand-built from a smooth white clay mix, providing a bright, clean canvas for intricate underglaze work. The fox is meticulously hand-painted using a layering technique to capture the definition of her coat and the intelligence in her expression. By leaving the surface unglazed, the piece retains a sophisticated, ultra-matte finish that highlights the original brushwork and the natural "tooth" of the clay.
